Direct Primary Care is not insurance
A Potomac Health membership covers primary care services provided by the practice. It is not health insurance and does not cover hospitalization, emergency care, specialist care, imaging, or prescriptions. We strongly recommend keeping a health plan alongside your membership.
Not for emergencies
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Messaging and after-hours access are not substitutes for emergency services.
Fees and billing
Memberships are billed monthly: Silver $90, Gold $110, and Platinum $130. Partners and couples receive 5% off and families of three or more receive 10% off the combined monthly price. Labs and imaging are billed separately at disclosed discounted rates.
Home visits
Gold includes two and Platinum includes four home visits per calendar year within a 12-mile radius of our Sterling office. Unused visits do not roll over.
Cancellation and guarantee
There is no long-term contract. Cancel with 30 days written notice; your membership and fee remain active through the notice period. If you are not satisfied within your first 90 days of care, we offer a money-back guarantee.
Eligibility
We care for adults aged 18 and older. Clinical services are provided by physicians licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The full membership agreement is provided and signed at enrollment.
